LEARN HOW TO SECURE AND INTRODUCE CELLULAR RECORDS IN CRIMINAL CASES THIS FRIDAY!
Joe Sierra of Cornerstone Discovery and Richard Fuschino, Jr., Esq., of Philadelphia to conduct a Live Webinar (via Zoom) with the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL).
Subject: Securing & Introducing Cellular Records
When: Friday, October 23, 2020
Start Time: 12:00 PM EDT
End Time: 1:00 PM EDT
Summary: Use of cell phone records in criminal cases can be critical to defending your client. With the ubiquity of mobile devices and their usage averaging almost 3 hours daily, understanding the types of cellular records available from providers is no longer an option in a successful criminal defense practice. This webinar will identify the types of cellular records available and address CDR archives and location/GPS info. It will also explain how to acquire cellular data, introduce it into court and work with experts on extracting the data and mapping location information. Finally, the panelists will discuss strategies for use of cellular records including quasi-alibi defenses and establishing timelines. Contact information and retention information of providers will be provided.
